Is it easy to return items?

Yes, it's simple and free. You'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Simply attach the label to the package and send back.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days.

What can I return?

Items purchased in the last 30 days. We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition in the box.

What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as final sale. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

Can I exchange my items?

Our two-step return and reorder process takes the place of an exchange policy. But don't worry: It’s quick and easy! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. returns and reorders. Just follow our return instructions to receive a full credit once your return is received. Then order your replacement item ASAP to make sure we don't run out of the item you’re looking for 

Why do you not offer an exchange process?

Since many of our items vary in price based on sizing, our returns often involve price adjustments. That’s why why we offer a quick and easy return and reorder process. See above for more details.
